Qualifications

• Ability to obtain airport security clearances (SIDA) if applicable.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when they enter the airport or ticket area.
• Monitor the ticket area to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with Self-Service CHIOSK check-in and luggage processing.
• Perform service and maintenance of kiosks, including loading paper and cleaning surfaces.
• Troubleshoot kiosk problems and communicate technical issues to appropriate teams.
• Check that hand luggage complies with FAA/American Airlines policies.
• Verify travel documents for international travelers using kiosk databases.
• Assist customers with turnover processing, including credit card transactions and weight checks.
• Arrange ticket lines based on exit times or needed assistance types.
• Move luggage throughout the ticket counter area and place large bags in designated areas.
• Assist with display of doors and other customer information.
• Provide quality customer service in accordance with American guidelines.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
