Job summary

Ultipro in Atlanta, GA is seeking a friendly and professional Meet & Greet passenger agent to assist outbound travelers at the terminal entrance. Responsibilities include determining service needs and inputting checked baggage into the baggage system, guiding passengers to gates when possible.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, customer service or baggage handling experience preferred, be 18+, and able to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous baggage handling experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable telephone and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides special service to passengers as requested.
• Provide general information and flight directions.
• Meet inbound flights to assist passengers.
• Meet arriving passengers in claim area and assist with baggage.
• Transport checked baggage to appropriate location.
• Move oversized luggage to bag room when requested.
• Handle items neatly and safely.
• Follow regulations and company procedures.
• Keep supervisor informed and maintain area cleanliness.
• Present a positive image and assist airlines, staff, and the public.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Wear uniform or business attire and ID visible.
• Adhere to policies and contribute to company objectives.
• Use equipment and resources efficiently.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred

Previous baggage handling experience preferred
