Job summary

Prospect International Airport Services in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Passenger Assistance Supervisor to oversee agents on assigned shifts, ensuring daily activities are performed safely and efficiently. Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driving License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• One year of relevant work experience in theaviation or ground handling services industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Manage shift schedule to include workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and shift rotations.
• Communicate with the manager concerning any problems or issues.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist in the administration of payroll; complete shift paperwork and perform other administrative functions.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner following company standards.
• Report safety and security incidents and potential hazards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
