Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role in a customer-service setting.
• Able to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directs ME/CS agents in day-to-day operations.
• Ensures coverage of all stations and re-assigns work as needed.
• Interacts with ELS customers to update flight schedules and resolve issues.
• Assists with scanning barcodes and entering destination information.
• Completes forms/reports per procedures and customer requirements.
• Maintains safety compliance and conducts shift safety meetings.
• Performs additional duties as required by management.
