Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Spanish speaker, bilingual preferred.
• Passionate about customer service with relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
• Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers.
• Manage baggage processing and fee calculations.
• Assist passengers with special needs (UM, VIP, wheelchair).
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Operate jet way and reservation/ticketing software.
• Produce work-related documentation.
