Job summary

Swissport in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to provide essential passenger and customer services, including reservations, ticketing, baggage handling, and check-in. You will greet passengers and assist with special needs.

This full-time role offers health and wellness benefits, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, sick time, and holidays, with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Passionate about customer service with relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills in country specific language.
• Willingness to work in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
• Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers after disruptions.
• Manage baggage processing and fee calculation as applicable.
• Assist passengers with check-in and special needs including VIPs and UM.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as required.
• Make public address announcements as required.
• Support Ramp Service to ensure wheelchairs and gate-checked bags are ready.
• Comply with all security requirements and Swissport SOPs.
• Operate jet way and reservation/ticketing software.
• Produce all required work-related documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
