Job summary

Unifi in Hawaii is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Lead to manage a team of agents handling arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage and passenger inquiries at the airport.

You will supervise operations, assist passengers including VIPs and those needing special assistance, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with ramp/ground services. HS diploma required and credentials obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome and support for check-in, boarding, and special needs (VIP, unaccompanied minors, wheelchair assistance).
• Operate a computerized ticketing and check-in system, including baggage service and reservations; resolve related issues.
