Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in, including boarding, baggage, reservations, and related complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to provide wheelchairs and gate-checked items for loading and delivery.
• Promote safety and equal employment opportunity policies.
• Complete work safely following company procedures and standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents or hazards.
