As a part-time Customer Service Agent, you will lead a team handling arrivals, ticketing, check-in, and boarding support—driving positive passenger experiences while following airline and airport

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport/state/customs requirements.
• One year of relevant work experience in aviation or ground handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system including boarding, baggage service, and reservations.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with Unifi policies and applicable laws.
