Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Wichita to support passengers at the airport. You will check in travelers, verify documentation, assign seats, guide them at the gate, and help resolve issues with a positive, customer-first attitude.

You will operate self-service kiosks, manage baggage handling steps, and communicate clearly with passengers while adhering to safety and uniform guidelines. Shifts available and paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to lift/move up to 70 lbs of cargo and baggage.
• Must be able to stand for long periods at the ticket counter and gate check-in areas.

Responsibilities

• Check in passengers for flights at the ticket counter and gates; verify documents and assign seats.
• Host self-service kiosks and verify passengers’ documents prior to boarding aircrafts.
• Interpret identification labels with baggage and cargo routing tags.
• Keep work areas organized (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage) and assist passengers with their issues.
• Make announcements, check baggage, and provide gate information as needed.
