Menzies Aviation in Wichita is seeking a Customer Service Agent to check in passengers, verify documents, assign seats, and assist with baggage at the airport. You will help passengers at the ticket counter and gates, ensuring accuracy and a positive experience.

Compliance with uniform and conduct policies is required. The role requires English proficiency, the ability to stand for long periods, and lifting up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Clean pre-employment drug screen.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods at the ticket counter and gate.
• Able to pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal.
• Available to work variable shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims, and issues in the airport.
• Host self-service kiosks and verify documents prior to boarding.
• Interpret identification labels along with baggage and cargo routing tags.
• Keep work areas organized (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage).
• Make announcements, check baggage, and assign seats in the gate area.
