Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• No experience is required; paid training is provided for all new employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system; includes boarding, baggage service, reservations, and resolving related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery to passengers.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work safely and securely, reporting incidents and hazards as required.
