Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in process.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, including boarding and baggage service.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine where applicable.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are ready for loading and delivery.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete work safely and report incidents as required.
