Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking part-time passenger service agents at a California airport location. You will handle arrivals, ticketing, and check-in, including boarding and baggage services, while assisting passengers with special needs and ensuring smooth operations.

We provide paid training, opportunities for flight privileges after probation, and a benefits package for eligible employees. Flexibility to work AM/PM shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or passenger-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome during arrivals and check-in.
• Process ticketing, boarding, baggage services, and reservations using a computerized system.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Support wheelchair and other passenger assistance needs while ensuring safety.
