Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc. is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to greet travelers, process tickets, check bags, and provide information on schedules and procedures.

You will ensure passenger safety, assist those with special needs, and support efficient boarding and turnaround operations. The role requires strong English communication, the ability to work under pressure, and flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under time constraints in a high‑pressure airport environment.
• Available to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance at all times.
• Must have or obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must pass background investigation and fingerprint-based security screening.

Responsibilities

• Process customer tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on baggage, and assign seats.
• Provide accurate information on arrival/departure times and boarding procedures.
• Handle denied boarding situations and arrange hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, airline, and airport regulations at all times.
• Assist customers with special needs, including wheelchair passengers.
• Transport wheelchair passengers between ticket counter, gates, and baggage service areas.
• Operate jet bridges and ADA ramps to facilitate boarding and deplaning.
• Perform aircraft cabin cleaning and security searches between flights.
• Complete required training and follow supervision directions.
• Report safety hazards or incidents promptly.
