Job summary

Quantem Aviation Services seeks a Passenger Service Agent at Tampa International Airport to deliver frontline customer service at ticket counters, gates and baggage areas. You will greet passengers, assist with check-in, boarding and information, and provide direction and announcements.

Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years, English/Spanish literacy, MS Office skills, a valid driver's license, and CBP seal where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English and Spanish.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain a US CBP seal where required and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet passengers and perform ticketing, gate and jet bridge functions.
• Provideboarding/deplaning assistance and make public announcements as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure flights load/unload on time.
