Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English.
• Must be able to verbally direct and communicate in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet passengers at the airport and provide assistance.
• Handle ticketing, gate and jet bridge functions as needed.
• Ensure flights load/unload on time and maintain safety standards.
• Provide passenger information, announcements, and direction.
• Assist with boarding, deplaning, and baggage handling.
