Menzies Aviation is hiring a Passenger Service Supervisor for our Indianapolis, IN location. This on-site, full-time role oversees a fast-paced airport passenger service environment, handling ticketing, check-in, luggage, and service assistance for travelers.

You will lead staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and security standards. Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong customer-service skills, and can work variable shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Positive, can-do, upbeat personality.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Must lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must pass FBI background check.
• Must obtain US Customs seal.
• Available to work weekends/holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or 6 months' passenger service exp.

Responsibilities

• Promptly handle passenger service complaints with positive resolution.
• Responsible for staff scheduling, leadership development and accountability.
• Complete check-in procedures including reservations, ticketing, seat assignments, and announcements.
• Assist customers with special needs and unaccompanied minors.
• Read weight and balance loading instructions, safety labels, baggage routing tags.
• Ensure safe and secure operations per health, safety, security and government rules.
• Attend mandatory training as required by the Company and Airlines.
• Perform as a mentor to other employees and provide training.
• Conduct shift briefings to keep staff organized and informed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
