Job summary

Unifi in Morrisville, NC is seeking a front-line Customer Service Agent to assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding, and baggage, including passengers with special needs.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. Full-time roles start at 30 hours per week, with comprehensive benefits and flight privileges after 30 days.

You will operate ticketing and check-in systems, guide passengers through airport processes, and uphold safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport/state/customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly passenger assistance during arrivals, check-in, boarding, and baggage services.
• Operate a computerized system for ticketing and check-in and resolve related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked items.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Complete tasks safely and report hazards per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Report safety incidents promptly.
