Job summary

Maximus Global Services at Dulles International Airport is seeking a Part-time Passenger Service Agent to support check-in, ticketing, and passenger assistance. You will use Amadeus and World Tracer to issue tickets, modify reservations, and provide flight information with a focus on excellent service.

Strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy terminal are essential. Training is provided, and shifts vary across days including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must exhibit exceptional customer service.
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Maintain a relationship with both employees and clients

Responsibilities

• Provide check-in services for passengers, ensuring that all security procedures are met.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Process passenger luggage and claims.
• Serve as gate agent for the outbound flight, including boarding of passengers, essential functions.
• Greet passengers and provide information clearly and efficiently.
• Enter passenger data into systems accurately and maintain a professional appearance.
