You will be the face of the operation, delivering outstanding customer service for passengers using commercial and charter services and handling ticketing, boarding, and special-assistance needs. Responsibilities include processing tickets, guiding seating, and coordinating with ramp and ground crews to ensure on-time performance while adhering to FAA and airport regulations.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work calmly under time constraints in a busy airport environment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance at all times and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Able to obtain SIDA badge and pass security screening.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, and assign seats.
• Provide information on schedules, procedures, and seating.
• Offer assistance for passengers with disabilities and mobility needs.
• Operate jet bridges and ramps to aid boarding and deplaning.
• Maintain safety and security in all operational areas.
• Assist customers with special needs and provide turnaround support.
• Report safety hazards to supervision and complete required training.
