You will support aircraft turnaround and ensure smooth passenger flow through our gates in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong English communication, the ability to work varied shifts, and a professional appearance. Training and compliance with FAA and airport rules are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under time pressure in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Present a groomed, professional appearance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and obtain a SIDA badge and background check.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-ons and seat assignments.
• Provide information on arrivals, departures, boarding procedures, and seating.
• Handle denied boarding and arrange hotels, meals, and taxis when needed.
• Comply with FAA, airline, and airport regulations at all times.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including mobility support.
• Operate jet bridges, ramps, and stairs for boarding and deplaning.
