Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to greet and assist travelers on a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include ticket processing, baggage handling, seat assignments, and providing flight information.

Ideal candidates are people-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to work under time constraints. Must be at least 18, have a high school diploma, and be able to pass background and drug tests as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years Customer Service experience or the equivalent in related training and/or experience.
• Must be able to read and write English; bilingual skills a plus.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to type 25 wpm.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Processing Customers' tickets, checking baggage, monitoring carry-on baggage for size and quantity, and assigning seats.
• Providing information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, carry-on regulations, and seating arrangements.
• Handling denied boarding situations, soliciting volunteers, accommodating Customers, and providing hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers when appropriate.
• Ensures FAA, Airline, and airport regulations are followed.
• Enforces safety/security measures and protects sensitive zones.
• Assists Customers with special needs, i.e., Customers who need assistance in boarding.
• Complete all required training
• Read and write English.
