Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with wheelchair and mobility needs throughout the airport.
• Transport passengers safely between counters, security checkpoints, gates, baggage claim, and connections.
• Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning aircraft when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication to passengers and families.
• Coordinate with gate agents, airline staff, and airport personnel to ensure timely passenger assistance.
• Follow all TSA regulations and airport safety procedures.
• Report operational concerns or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
• Perform light baggage handling when necessary.
