Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Passenger Assistant Agent – Wheelchair to help passengers with mobility needs across the Orlando airport. This role requires safe wheelchair transport, courteous service, and coordination with airport staff to ensure timely assistance from check-in to boarding.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, is 18 or older, and can communicate well in English. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime is expected, with ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Must pass pre-employment drug tests and a background check.
Must be able to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

Assist passengers requiring wheelchair or mobility assistance throughout the airport.
Transport passengers safely between ticket counters, security checkpoints, gates, baggage claim, and connecting flights.
Assist with boarding and deplaning aircraft when required.
Provide excellent customer service and professional communication to passengers and families.
Handle wheelchairs and mobility equipment safely and properly.
Coordinate with gate agents, airline staff, and airport personnel to ensure timely passenger assistance.
