Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Indianapolis for part-time, on-site work. You will check in passengers, verify documents, assign seats, provide gate information, and assist with baggage at the airport while adhering to uniform guidelines.

Requirements include 18+ years old, ability to read/write/speak English, and willingness to work a shift from 8:30pm to 12:30am with weekend availability. Uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English with strong communication skills.
• FBI background check and US Customs seal required.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims and any other passenger issues in the airport.
• Host self-service kiosks and verify passengers’ documents prior to boarding aircraft.
• Interpret identification labels along with baggage and cargo routing tags.
• Ensure that all work areas are organized (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage).
• Maintain a positive attitude while offering assistance and ensuring safe and secure operations.
