Menzies Aviation in Tampa, FL is seeking a Passenger Service Supervisor to lead a team of passenger service representatives and ensure top-tier customer service and smooth operations.

You'll direct daily tasks, train staff, and coordinate with other departments, while handling luggage and maintaining security procedures. This full-time, on-site role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities and flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better required.
• Must be able to work on-site at airport locations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Ability to supervise a team of 10-15 passenger service representatives.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in English read/write.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction to passenger service representatives.
• Oversee team performance to ensure customer service and operational efficiency.
• Assign employees to front counter or airline account.
• Train employees and ensure policy adherence.
• Interface with other departments to resolve service issues.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure positive resolutions.
• Assist with luggage handling as needed.
