Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance at all times.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. per Immigration Act requirements.
• Ability to obtain SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

• Process customer tickets, check baggage, and assign seats.
• Provide information on times, procedures, and seating.
• Handle denied boarding; arrange hotels, meals, and taxis as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, airline, and airport regulations at all times.
• Enforce safety and security; protect sensitive areas.
• Assist customers with disabilities during boarding.
• Transport wheelchair passengers between counters, gates, and baggage areas.
• Operate jet bridges, ADA ramps, and portable stairs during boarding/deplaning.
• Clean aircraft cabins and conduct security checks between flights.
• Complete required training and perform only tasks you are trained for.
• Report safety hazards to supervisor; perform other duties as assigned.
