Job summary

TDA AGH is seeking a Passenger Service Agent in Warwick, RI to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with ticketing, boarding, and special needs support in a fast-paced airport environment.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with strict adherence to FAA and security rules. Prior airline/airport experience is preferred, bilingual abilities valued.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work calmly under time constraints in a high-pressure airport.
• Able to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Present a professional appearance at all times.
• Must have or obtain authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-ons and assign seats.
• Provide information on arrivals/departures and boarding procedures.
• Handle denied boarding by assisting displaced customers and arranging hotel/meals/taxi vouchers.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, airline, and airport regulations.
• Assist customers with special needs and wheelchair travel.
• Operate jet bridges, ADA ramps, and portable stairs to facilitate boarding.
