Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is seeking a Part-time Passenger Service Agent for overnight shifts at our Warwick, RI location. You will greet travelers, assist with check-in, seating, baggage handling, and special services, ensuring a smooth passenger experience.

You will work nights and weekends as needed, comply with FAA and airport regulations, and support onboarding with training. Strong English communication and professionalism are required to excel in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work calmly under time constraints in a high‑pressure airport environment.
• Available to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must present a well‑groomed, professional appearance.
• Must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry‑on items, and assign seats.
• Provide accurate information on arrival/departure times and procedures.
• Handle denied boarding, issue vouchers for hotels/meals/taxis when needed.
• Enforce FAA, airline, and airport regulations at all times.
• Assist customers with special needs, including boarding support.
• Transport wheelchair passengers between counter, gates, and baggage areas.
• Operate jet bridges and ADA ramps to aid boarding and deplaning.
• Perform cabin cleaning and security checks between flights.
• Complete required training and report safety hazards immediately.
