Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process customers' tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on baggage and assign seats.
• Provide information on arrival/departure times, boarding procedures and seating rules.
• Handle denied boarding situations and arrange hotel/meal/taxi vouchers when appropriate.
• Ensure FAA, airline and airport regulations are followed; enforce safety and security measures.
• Assist customers with special needs and adapt to varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
