Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain required credentials per airport/state rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including support for those with special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding and reservations.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
• Push wheelchairs through airport areas.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company standards.
• Perform related duties as needed and report hazards promptly.
