Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC in Montgomery, Alabama, is hiring for a passenger services associate responsible for arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations, and handling inquiries and complaints. Training is provided; no experience is required.

Job duties include assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and special needs, directing through customs, and coordinating with ramp agents to ensure accessibility and timely service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome and support during arrival and check-in, including for unaccompanied minors, VIPs and wheelchair assistance.
• Handle all ticketing and check-in tasks via a computerized system, including boarding, baggage, reservations and related inquiries.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchair, stroller, and gate-checked items are ready for loading.
