Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC in California is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in passenger services, including arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage, and reservations support. No experience required; paid training is provided, and you will learn our computerized ticketing and check-in systems while delivering friendly service to passengers.

You will work in shifts, perform duties safely, assist passengers with special needs, and comply with airport and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations and related inquiries or complaints.
• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all areas of the airport.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and capabilities.
• Report safety and security incidents and potential hazards as per policy.
