Job summary

Unifi is seeking customer service agents to assist passengers from arrival through check-in, boarding, and baggage handling. The role involves resolving inquiries and complaints while ensuring a smooth travel experience.

You will operate a computerized system for ticketing, reservations, and boarding, and you will follow safety procedures and company policies. Training is provided and performance rewards are highlighted in benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain airport/state/customs credentials.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and assist passengers.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in processes, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding and baggage service.
• Assist passengers with reservations and respond to related queries or complaints.
• Direct passengers through customs, immigration, and quarantine as needed.
• Support ramp crew to ensure wheelchair, stroller and gate-checked items are prepared for loading and delivery.
