Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage, and related queries.
• Operate computerized ticketing and check-in systems and handle reservations.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchair and baggage services for loading and arrival.
• Maintain safety procedures and report hazards per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope and capabilities.
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures and work to protect passengers and crew.
