Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data impacting operational performance (baggage, safety, timelines, on-time metrics).
• Perform root cause analysis to identify trends affecting station operations.
• Assist with executing operational plans to support station goals and company objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and drive efficiency.
• Support station leadership with employee engagement initiatives.
