Job summary

VIP Hospitality LLC at SEA-TAC Airport is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Contract Manager in daily operations, oversee hourly team members, schedule staffing, monitor supplies, and ensure compliance with airport health and safety regulations. You will train staff, conduct routine audits, handle guest and stakeholder concerns, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires strong leadership, initiative, and experience in aviation or hospitality settings.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of supervisory experience.
• Proven record of mentoring, coaching and training staff.
• Experience scheduling and approving time off.
• Experience managing first-line supervisors and team members.
• Travel, hospitality or aviation management experience preferred.
• Self-driven, motivated, with strong communication and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operation and ensures team tasks are completed.
• Manages staff, enforcing policies and safety compliance.
• Schedules shifts and maintains adequate staffing.
• Addresses guest and stakeholder complaints promptly.
• Audits service levels to meet contract standards.
• Monitors inventory for uniforms and related items.
• Delivers training and updates training materials.
• Ensures all work aligns with the Contract.
• Represents VIP Hospitality in the absence of the Contract Manager.
• Possesses competencies to perform duties of Contract Manager and Supervisors.
• In absence of Contract Manager, represents VIP Hospitality to Contract Administrator.
