Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an Operations Management Trainee in Richmond, VA to participate in an eight-week training program across Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service. You will rotate through core operational functions and gain exposure to fleet operations, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

After training, you’ll transition into a supervisory role and pursue future leadership opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree plus 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to work collaboratively and make independent decisions.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be physically able to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Rotates through core operational functions during an eight-week training program.
• Learn how daily decisions impact fleet availability, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Transition into a supervisory role overseeing one or more daily operations or sales functions.
