Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership capability and collaborative work style.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• On-site presence required; willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through core operational functions during an eight-week training program.
• Learn how decisions affect fleet availability, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• After training, supervise daily operations or sales functions and lead frontline teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure service and safety standards.
