Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at our Phoenix location, ensuring top-tier security, service, and sales outcomes. You will manage a team of Ambassadors and Managers, drive KPI performance, and own labor planning to deliver seamless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in leadership within fast-paced, customer-facing settings, and a proven track record of mentoring diverse teams while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leadership in high-volume, customer-facing environments.
• Experience managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate teams.
• Ability to meet safety, security, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers using CLEAR technology for security, service, and sales.
• Own the airport location and drive execution to hit KPIs and metrics.
• Hire, develop, and sustain a diverse team delivering CLEAR objectives.
• Drive employee engagement and accountability for security and customer service.
• Performance manage salaried and hourly staff with ongoing feedback.
• Build relationships with TSA, airline, and airport partners; escalate as needed.
• Manage labor, payroll, and scheduling.
• Spend at least 80% on the floor in a customer-facing environment.
