Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Operations Manager to join its airport leadership team in Phoenix. You will lead a team of hourly Ambassadors, coaching on security, service, and sales while working on the floor 80%+ of the time.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to policy and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a supervisory role within customer-facing operations, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage multiple priorities in

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in customer-facing operations.
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience using daily technology tools to monitor performance.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass a government background check.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily station operations and coach Ambassadors.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policies are followed with high integrity.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of Ambassadors.
• Coach and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to drive performance improvements.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
