CLEAR - Corporate is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Ambassadors at the airport, reporting to the General Manager. The role focuses on security, service, and sales, with hands-on coaching and floor-time in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a customer-facing leadership role, strong communication, and the ability to navigate shifting priorities while ensuring compliance and high performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid leadership and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in essential duties for efficient operation of the station.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are followed with security and integrity.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of Ambassadors.
