Job summary

CLEAR is hiring an Operations Manager to lead a team of Ambassadors at our airport station. You will drive daily operations, coach staff, and uphold security and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, on-floor presence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering sales and customer satisfaction goals. A government background check is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (retail, hospitality, etc).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with employee engagement, customer satisfaction, sales and compliance standards.
• Proficiency using technology daily in your work.
• Must successfully complete a government background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in essential duties for station operations and lead Ambassadors.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are followed with security and integrity.
• Assist with recruitment, on-boarding, and development of Ambassadors.
• Coach, mentor, and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to improve team performance.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted leadership team member.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
