Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a General Manager to lead the daily operations at our Miami location, driving customer service, security standards and sales performance while building a high-energy team on the floor.

You will own staffing, scheduling, payroll oversight, and KPI reporting, collaborating with airport partners and TSA to deliver exceptional experiences. 80% on-floor presence is expected, with non-traditional hours included.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train, mentor and motivate teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers utilizing CLEAR technology for airport security, customer service and sales.
• Own the airport business unit and drive execution to hit KPIs and metrics.
• Hire, develop and sustain a diverse team delivering on CLEAR objectives across security, service and sales.
• Drive employee engagement and set high standards for performance and customer experiences on the floor.
• Manage labor, payroll and scheduling; evaluate performance and provide feedback.
• Build relationships with TSA, airlines and airport partners; escalate needs as required.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
