• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales drivers, labor productivity, and inventory control.
• Experience turning performance data into clear action plans.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and priorities.
• Lead focused action plans to improve performance and reduce issues.
• Strengthen SOPs, inventory controls, cash handling, and compliance.
• Provide actionable reporting and insights to leadership on trends and risks.
