Contour Airlines is seeking an entry-level Crew Chief to oversee daily station operations, from check-in to ramp duties, at our U.S. airports. You will coordinate staffing, manage training records, and liaise with management to ensure safe, efficient service.

The role emphasizes customer-focused communication, adherence to safety policies, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. FAA/safety guidelines and a DOT drug screen are required.

Formación

• Entry-level management role with focus on customer service at Contour Airlines.
• Requires strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with stations and management.
• Experience in airport operations and basic office software is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily station operations to ensure compliance and safety.
• Assist with staffing schedules, vacation coverage, and outage planning.
• Maintain training records (classroom, OJT, recurrent).
• Provide check-in assistance, handle ticketing changes, re-book itineraries.
• Greet and assist customers, provide gate information and support for special needs.
