Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is hiring for a payroll/timekeeping-focused role at our Denver-area facility. The position involves timekeeping, payroll support, schedule updates, and badge administration to ensure accurate records and compliant operations.

You will assist employees with payroll questions, handle attendance points, and collaborate with managers on daily billing and project support, contributing to smooth airport operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials per airport/state/customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Timekeeping: enter exception logs into payroll system and review timecards weekly for payroll accuracy.
• Update employee schedules and maintain up-to-date records.
• Authorize new airport IDs, renewals, and badge terminations; manage violations.
• Handle passenger complaints and direct to proper manager.
• Assist employees with payroll issues and corrections.
• Process attendance points and daily invoicing.
