Job summary

Prospect Airport Services seeks a Passenger Assistance Supervisor to lead a team of leads and agents providing passenger assistance at our Denver operations. You will supervise shift coverage, coordinate training, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily tasks at the airport.

Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll assistance, and ongoing communication with management. The role offers competitive pay and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and PTO, with access to exclusive travel

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driving License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• One year of relevant work experience in aviation or ground handling services (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Manage shift schedules, including workstation assignments, employee training, vacations, breaks, overtime, back-ups, and shift rotations.
• Communicate with the manager concerning any problems or issues.
• Schedules and conducts shift meetings.
• Assists in the administration of payroll; completes shift paperwork and performs other administrative functions.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
