Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driving License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• One year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and passenger assistance agents.
• Manage shift schedules to include workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and rotations.
• Communicate with the manager regarding problems or issues.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist in payroll administration and shift paperwork.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions per regulations and company policies.
• Promote safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment opportunity policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned within skill and experience.
